inthehandsof20millionyuanbyfakemonksposing
asrelativesofcentralleaders.
InMay2015,Zhaoreceivedacallfromafriend,
claimingthataclientofSongJun,aformer
controlleroftheAirtrafficcontrolbureauofCAAC,
wantedtofishouthisfemalesecretary.Helater
learnedthattheclient,GuoWengui,theactual
controllerofBeijingPanguInvestmentCo.,Ltd.and
BeijingZhengquanHoldingCo.,Ltd.,fledoverseas
inAugust2014onsuspicionofmultiplecrimes.
GuoWenguiofferedagoodreturnforthepeople.Zhao
Lixinsaidthattheothersidepromisedtogivethe
clerk20millionyuanafterthework.Facedwithsuch
a"temptation",ZhaoLixinthoughtofhismysterious
discipleGeChangzhong."Ionlyknowthatheisa
seniormajor,hasrelevantdocuments,healsoshowed
mesomedocuments,whichreadanumberofnational
namesatthebeginningoftheunitleaders.”

ZhongzhiXiaokangisashellcompanywithout
